    WSHRMA recognizes that these are unprecedented times that are affecting all of our members and the organizations that they work for.  Therefore, the Board has decided to offer the WSHRMA June webinar at no cost to our members (the non-member price remains at $40).

    We also know that WSHRMA members love to help when they can!  With that in mind, we are providing the option to support the SHRM foundation instead of a registration fee. If you’re able to, you can choose between a $10, $20, or $30 donation (plus the applicable charge fee). WSHRMA proudly supports the SHRM foundation which provides scholarships and professional development grants to educate and develop students and HR professionals, among many other things.     Presenter Description:

    Ryder Kimmes is an associate with LTC Solutions, Inc. and long-term care insurance expert.

    Working to support brokers and educate employers in a dynamic market, Ryder facilitates the long-term care insurance conversation among brokers, human resource professionals and employees.  His past experience working with LTC Solution’s Customer Service team lends his unique ability to understand the employee and the employer’s perspective and assists him in successfully conveying the importance of long-term care insurance as an employee benefit to all parties involved.

    Ryder is a HRCI instructor and has spoken to employers, brokerage firms, and associations across the country about the current and future state of the long-term care insurance market.

    Ryder has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The University of Washington.
