    Presenter: Joyce Allen, USAF Ret.

Session Description:   Covid has been financially difficult on Washington employers and stressful for all of us. Ensure you're aware of the multiple Incentive Programs (created by the Legislature) to assist employers with the financial stress of light-duty wages. Get cash back from the State of Washington's L&I’s Worker's Compensation Program. Take advantage of this quick webinar as Joyce Allen shares the three financial incentive programs.

Joyce will discuss the Stay at Work Program (up to $10,000 in wages) and the Preferred Worker Program. Hiring a Preferred Worker (someone with an on-the-job permanent restriction) may return thousands of dollars to your business. You may (unknowingly) have someone working for you right now with Preferred Worker status. A one page application can begin the benefits.

Presenter Description: Joyce Allen has 18 years of Claim’s Management experience and is an Educational Outreach Specialist for Labor & Industries. She meets virtually with businesses to share how they can get cash back by utilizing the Return-to-Work Incentives. She’s a great person to have on your team with a wonderful source of information.  Attend the event and empower your business with cash-back knowledge.
