    Are you missing that professional interaction we used to have at our monthly luncheons?  Where you could connect with colleagues, bounce a scenario off them that you were facing, or get some insight on HSAs, for instance?

    Our monthly luncheon sponsors, Kitsap Bank and West Sound Workforce have teamed up to launch our own HR Corner!  We’ll be opening the monthly Zoom meetings 15 minutes in advance to help recreate this missed aspect of our in-person meetings:  the connection and networking.  Representatives from our sponsors will be on, ready to talk with you about any questions you might have, and facilitate roundtable brainstorming among our professional peers.

    We’ll be launching HR Corner at this Wednesday’s monthly event – log in at 11:45am, bring a question if you have one, and be ready to make connections!

    Virtual Luncheon Session Title: Bolstering Mental Health and Managing Burnout through Progressive Benefits

    Presenter: Adriann Dooly & Chase Sterling (12pm-1:00pm)

    Session Description:

    Last year's challenges made a significant impact on how organizations are approaching both their benefits and employee wellbeing strategies. Join us for our luncheon on Wed., 4/14, when we’ll start the discussion with the top five trends we’re seeing and how your organization can adapt to ever-changing needs. The final half of the session will focus on employee burnout and how to manage it. 

    Attendees will learn:                                                      

    • The types of benefits that progressive workplaces are implementing today
    • Market trends in 2021, including DE&I
    • Which benefits best support an employee’s whole health
    • Tools to address employee burnout and better support your employees

    Presenter Description:

    Adriann was previously a Senior Account Manager at HMA and a Senior Implementation Manager at Cigna. Adriann brings to The Partners Group a service-oriented mind and deep carrier knowledge which allows her to serve and advise her clients not only during the implementation process but through the daily challenges and strategic planning as well. She believes in always doing what is best for the client and motivates those around her to do the same. Adriann holds a B.A. in Business Management from Western Governors University.

    Chase joined the TPG team in 2020 and primarily partners with clients to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to improve the health and productivity of their population. Chase brings a unique approach to TPG, having previously worked for organizations such as Cigna, Wounded Warrior Project, and Google. She is passionate about improving business outcomes by improving the well-being of the overall organization. Chase has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is completing a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is also a Certified Wellness Practitioner and Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager through the National Wellness Institute and a WELCOA Faculty member. She is also an Army veteran, having served for seven years.
